Complaint process form

Our organisation, its representatives and staff endeavour to conduct our activity with the utmost professionalism at all times. However, should you encounter any serious problem in your dealings with one of our programmes or services, please let us know.
This alert mechanism can only register complaints resulting from serious situations such as those related to fraud and corruption, violation of environment laws, physical or moral integrity of persons (abuse, harassment, discrimination)

All information provided for handling your complaint will be dealt with confidentially and in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as well as the Regulation (European Union) n° 2016/679 of 2016 April, 27th enforced from 2018 May, 25th.
